An FIR was lodged against Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the Mathura Gate police station in Bharatpur in the case of marketing of bad car. On which the Rajasthan High Court has retained the stay. At the same time, the court has asked the car company and the complainant to decide their dispute with mutual consent. Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are relieved in this matter.
The case was heard in the single bench of Justice Sudesh Bansal. The court has sent the matter to the Mediation Center with the consent of both sides. In the case of marketing the defective car, the consumer counsel had filed an FIR against Shah Rukh and Deepika as well as people associated with the company and showrooms.
What is the matter
Both Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are the brand ambassadors of the Hyundai car agency. In fact, 50 -year -old Kirti Singh bought a Hyundai Alkazar car from Malwa Auto Sales Private Limited in Sonepat, Haryana on 14 June 2022. He said that ‘technically bad car was given to me, in which technical fault started coming soon after purchasing. I contacted the agency officials to register a complaint against the car technically, but he refused to change the car and return the price of the car of Rs 23,97,553. When the agency refused to return the price, Kirti then filed a case of cheating by selling a technically defective car against Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and company officials Anso Kim, Tarun Garg, Nitin Sharma, Priyanka Sharma and others.
Talking about the workfront, Shah Rukh Khan is going to be seen in the film King soon. Deepika Padukone will also be seen alongside Shahrukh in this film. For the first time in this film, Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan will be seen sharing the screen together.
