Time 100 List: Time magazine has released the list of the world’s most influential people in the year 2025. It also includes Reshma Kewalramani of Indian origin. Reshma is the CEO of the US biotechnology company Wartax Pharmaceuticals. Please tell that this year he is the only Indian to join this list.

Who is Reshma Kevalaramani?

Reshma, born in Mumbai, moved to America with her family at the age of just 11. She currently lives in Boston. He also has two twins. In 1998, Reshma completed his Liberal Art/Medical Education Program from Boston University. After this, he received a fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital.

After this, in 2015, he earned a General Management degree from Harvard Business School. As a Physician, he worked in many big hospitals such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Massachusetts I and Year Information and MIT. Then he took an entry in the Biofarma sector and worked for Amazon for more than 12.

She joined Wartax in 2017

In 2017, Reshma joined the vertex. In 2018, she became the Chief Medical Officer here. In 2020, the company made him CEO. Currently, he is also included in the Board of Directors of Wartax. The company has achieved success under Reshma’s leadership.

The company has also developed two new treatment, including Tiffaca. It treats a serious genetic disease called cystic fibrosis. The company has also developed VX-147. This medicine is currently in testing phase. It is effective for a kind of kidney disease. The US drug agency FDA first approved the company’s CRISPR technology -based therapy, which treats a serious disease called ‘sickle cell’.
