Team India star all -rounder Rinku Singh is busy in the Asia Cup 2025 and is practicing fiercely in UAE. India’s first match in the Asia Cup is from the host UAE on 10 September. Prior to the match, an old story of Rinku Singh has come out, which has surprised the fans. He revealed that an animal had eaten the flesh of his hand, after which he still has an effect on his body.
Painful childhood phenomenon
Rinku Singh recently interacted with Raj Shamani in podcast. Actually Rinku did a podcast before going to UAE for the Asia Cup. During this show, he told that once in his childhood, he was walking with his brother in the fields with his brother and then suddenly a monkey came from somewhere and attacked him and caught his left hand loudly. At that time there was no one in the fields due to rain. The monkey was so angry that he did not leave his hand even after his brother’s stone stoned. Eventually, when the monkey ran away, a lot of meat had come out of Rinku’s hand and the condition had become so bad that the bone had started appearing.
Life was saved from death
Rinku told that at that time his flesh had gone due to the bite of the monkey and the blood was flowing so much that the family felt that they might not be able to escape. After that somehow treated and handed over, but its effect is still with him.
NCA scan revealed
In the podcast, Rinku Singh further said that recently when he took place in DEXA scan NCA (National Cricket Academy), the surprising truth came out. The scan report revealed that there is a difference of about 1 kg in the weight of both his hands. The hand which was bitten by the monkey, its weight is still less than the right hand.
Fitness affects
When Rinku was asked if he faces any problem in fitness or training, he clearly said, “Yes, with the left hand, I could not lift as much weight as I lift with the right hand.” Despite this, Rinku never gave up and made a place in the Indian team on the strength of his hard work.
