Now an update has come out regarding the shooting of the film. This time the shooting of Rohit’s Golmaal 5 is going to be shot not in Goa but in Mumbai.

Golmaal 5 will be shot in Mumbai
Bollywood Hungama quoted the source as saying – Rohit Shetty likes to shoot some parts of his films at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Or shoot in Goa. But the shooting of Golmaal 5 will take place in Mumbai. Cafe sets, police station, residence, everything is being setup in Mumbai. Everything will be set by the beginning of next month. The film will be shot mostly in Mumbai’s Film City. This will be a bit comfortable for the actors because they will be able to come to the set from home whenever needed.
Wrote further – Makers wanted a bigger set. He suggested filling the lake inside the Film City. However, the Film City authorities rejected this request. This could have caused ecological damage to that area. There were many crocodiles in the lake. That is why filling the lake was not practical. Also this was impossible. Rohit Shetty and his team understood this.
It is known that the first film of Golmaal series was released in 2006. The second film came two years later. The third film came in 2010 and the fourth film came in 2017. Ajay Devgan was in the lead role in all the films.
Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal and Tusshar will also be seen along with Ajay in Golmaal 5. Sharman Joshi will also be in the film.
