Christian Mitchell was brought from Dubai to India in 2018. He is accused of playing the role of middleman in the AgustaWestland deal and caused a loss of about Rs 2,666 crore to the Government of India. According to the charge sheet of the Enforcement Directorate, Mitchell received about Rs 225 crore from the company.
