Kolkata Knight Riders Beat Rajasthan Royals: On Wednesday, Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Rajasthan Royals by 8 wickets to register their first win of the season. While Rajasthan lost the second consecutive match. KKR stopped Rajasthan Royals for 151 runs with the bowlers’ brilliant performance. Chasing the target, Quinton Dickock played an unbeaten innings of 97 runs. KKR achieved the target with 15 balls.
Chasing 152 runs, Moin Ali started the innings with Quinton Dickock. Ali was playing the first match for KKR today, he was run out after scoring just 5 runs. Captain Ajinkya Rahane also fell victim to Vanindu Hasranga after scoring 18 runs in 15 balls. However, at the other end, Dickock played good shots and did not let the pressure come on the team. When Rahane was out, KKR’s score was 70 runs in 10.1 overs.
