Onix has a special relationship with India’s BrahMos
Russia’s highly dangerous Onix missile has a special relationship with the BrahMos missile called Brahmastra. In fact, Onix was developed by Russia in the 1990s, after which it was included in the Russian Navy in 2006. At the same time, the export version of this missile is called Yakhont, which is called the basis of the BrahMos missile of India.
Important role in testing in Bastian missile system
Russia’s missile test was part of Pacific Fleet’s large command exercise, in which the Bastian missile system also played an important role. Actually, Onix missile is launched only with Bastian-P or Bal-E-Ee Missile System. It is a mobile coastal defense system, designed to combat sea hazards from the coast. Through this, the enemy’s sea ships can be submerged by a lot of distance.
