Russia-ukraine war: Russia and Ukraine war have now taken a new twist. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Rustom Umrov told Mangwar (25 March 2025) that Russia-Ukraine has agreed to stop the attack on each other’s energy infrastructure. He gave this information by posting on Facebook.
Recently, US President Donald Trump spoke to Russia’s President Vladimir Putin over the phone, asking the two countries (Russian-Ukraine) to stop the attack on each other’s energy infrastructure for 30 days. After this meeting, Jailonsky also spoke to Trump over the phone.
Black-C also ceasefire
According to the White House statement, the US committed to implement the ban after negotiations with Ukraine and Russian delegations in Saudi Arabia. Apart from this, the White House has informed that Putin and Jailnsky are now ready for a ceasefire in Black Sea. The agreement was reached after a video meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, in which the two leaders discussed the end of the war in Ukraine.
America promises Russia
The US also pledged to facilitate Russia’s access to global markets for agriculture and fertilizer exports, reduce maritime insurance costs and improve access to ports and payment systems for these transactions. The US delegation was led by Michael Anton, Senior Director of the National Security Council, Andrew Peak and External Affairs Department.
The Russian delegation included Sergei Beseda, chairman of the Federation Council’s International Affairs Committee Chairman Ghigori Karasin and Federal Security Service (FSB) director Alexander Bortnikov, Sergei Beseda. The talks were a big step in an attempt by US President Trump to get a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia.
