Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, head of the operational training department of Vladimir Putin’s army, has died in a suspicious car bomb explosion in Moscow.
Sarvarov, 56, was the chief of the operational training department of the armed forces. This matter is being investigated. The possible role of Ukraine’s intelligence agencies in this is also being investigated. There has been no reaction on this from Ukraine.
