Amidst ceasefire talks, Russia has once again carried out missile and drone attacks on Ukraine. At least four people have been killed and several others seriously injured in the latest Russian attacks on Ukraine. The local authorities have issued a statement giving this information.

Tkachenko, head of Kiev’s military administration, said on Saturday (October 25, 2025) that two people were killed and about 9 others were injured in a ballistic missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
Officials gave information about the damage caused by the attacks
At the same time, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said that the attacks caused a fire in a non-residential building, while debris from the intercepted missiles fell in another area. Due to this, the windows of nearby buildings have been damaged.

Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko posted on social media that explosions are taking place in the capital. The city is under ballistic attack. While in the Central-East Dnipropetrovsk region, acting governor Vladislav Khavanenko said that two people were killed and seven people were injured in the Russian attack. He said that several residential buildings, private houses, a shop, an outbuilding and a vehicle were damaged in the attacks by Russia.
Attacks by 9 Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 62 attack drones – Ukrainian Air Force
Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs said a relief and rescue worker was also among those killed in the Russian strikes. One rescue worker was killed and another injured in a second missile attack on the Petropavlivska community in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Whereas the Ukrainian Air Force said about the attacks carried out by Russia that Russia fired a total of 9 Iskander-M ballistic missiles towards Ukraine. Along with this, attacks were carried out with 62 attack drones, out of which four missiles and 50 drones were intercepted and destroyed before the explosion.
