Saif ali Khan loses ancestors property: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has suffered a major setback from the High Court. In fact, recently the Madhya Pradesh High Court has called the property of his Pataudi family in Bhopal as ‘Animi Property’. The court has ordered the trial court to reject the 25 -year verdict and hear the case again.
The High Court has said that the matter related to Saif Ali Khan’s 15000 crore property should be re -investigated from the beginning. Apart from this, the trial court has been ordered to complete its proceedings within a year.
What is the whole matter?
According to 2000 decisions of the trial court, this property was given to Sajida Sultan. Sajida is the daughter of Nawab Hamidullah Khan’s first wife and Saif’s great -grandfather. But in 1960, according to the Nawab Hamidullah Khan’s heir Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Act, 1937, they wanted the distribution of these private properties, which was in force at the time of the death of the then Nawab. In such a situation, he moved the trial court in 1999, but then the trial court gave a verdict in favor of Sajida.

After the decision of the High Court, many properties present in Saif Ali Khan in Bhopal have now become under the government.
