Saif Ali Khan has spoken openly on the struggle of his initial film career after recovering from a recent attack. In January, his house was attacked by intruders, after which surgery had to be done.

Saif has now returned to work after recovering. In an interview, Saif told that despite being the son of Pataudi’s Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan and Sharmila Tagore, his journey in Bollywood was not easy.

Saif said that even after making his debut in 1993, this path was very difficult for him. People used to think that due to the film family, everything will be easy for them, but according to Saif, it was not so.

Saif’s parenting took place in simplicity and habitation, while in the 90s there was a demand for the image of big, shiny stars.

Saif also mentioned his early marriage and responsibilities. At the age of 21, after marrying Amrita Singh and becoming the father of Sara Ali Khan in 25 years, the burden of responsibilities on him increased.

Saif also told a shocking anecdote that at the beginning of his career, a producer used to give him 1000 rupees a week, but every time he had a condition to kiss him ten times while giving money.

Saif admitted that in the initial stages he used to get small and side roles in films. People used to say that they have got a lot of opportunities, but according to them they were not getting films with big heroes. Some average films of Saif maintained him, but many flop films made the situation more difficult.

Then films like Dil Chahta Hai, Hum Tum and Omkara changed Saif’s career and gave him a new identity.

Talking about the work, Saif was recently seen in Jewel Thef and now he has completed the shooting of Priyadarshan’s next film with Akshay Kumar.
