TCS Increment: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) workers will have to wait for three more months for their increment as the company has postponed it for the second quarter. On this, Chief HR Officer of the company Milind Lakkad said, we have not been able to take any decision to increase salary yet.
According to records, TCS starts the process of increasing salary from April 1 in every financial year. In the first quarter, 5,090 workers joined the company. With this, the number of employees in the country’s largest software exporter company has increased to more than 6,13,000. Milind Lakkad said that the hiring in the company should not be seen by linking with quarterly growth as its planning is done early. Let us know that in the first quarter, the company earned a profit of Rs 12,760 crore with a gain of 6 percent on an annual basis.
