Salman Khan Blackbuck Poaching Case: Jodhpur Kankani black deer hunting case has once again come into the limelight. In the Rajasthan High Court today, the government and Vishnoi Samaj and Salman Khan appeals were heard on this victim case. Advocate of Bishnoi Samaj Mahipal Bishnoi said that all the appeals were heard in the court of High Court Justice Manoj Garg today and have been kept on 26 July to debate.
Film actor Salman Khan was sentenced to 5 years in the Kankani black deer hunting case by the Season Court. The same film actors Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendra and Dushyant Singh were acquitted. After which the government did not appeal within the time limit to appeal in this matter.
Hearing will be held on 26 July
The government presented a leave to appeal in the court against the acquittal of film actor Saif Ali Khan Neelam Tabu Sonali Bendre and Dushyant Singh. On which today High Court Justice Manoj Garg was heard in the court. The court of Justice Manoj Garg has ordered the Leave to appeal presented by the government to list with other cases related to Salman Khan. Now the matter will be heard in this case on 26 July with cases related to Salman Khan.
Salman Khan’s advocate Hastimal Saraswat had appealed to the lower court to transfer the hearing of all the cases related to the deer hunting case to the High Court. Salman Khan was sentenced to 5 years in the hunt case, he is still on bail.
In fact, after the time limit for presenting an appeal in any case, “Leave to appeal” is presented “permission to appeal”. This is a legal process in which a person needs permission to appeal against a decision or order, especially when the normal time limit of the appeal is over or unable to appeal due to other legal hurdles.
