Bollywood megastar Salman Khan has given many blockbuster films in his career. He is known not only for films but also for his impressive real estate portfolio. Along with films, he has now taken a new step forward in expanding his real estate empire. It is reported that his company ‘Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited (SKV)’ has joined hands with the Telangana government.
Township will be developed in 500 acres
Under the MoU signing, Salman Khan announced the plan to build an integrated township worth Rs 10,000 crore. According to reports, this proposed township project will be developed on 500 acres. The township will feature a championship golf course, high-end entertainment facilities, a race course, exclusive nature trails and premium living spaces. It will also have an advanced film studio complex. It is designed to support large format productions, OTT content, post-production facilities and talent development programs. The aim of the project is to present city life in a new and world-class style.
Salman had a meeting with the Chief Minister
Let us tell you that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Salman Khan met in October 2025. Under the ‘Telangana Rising’ campaign, Revanth Reddy sought Salman Khan’s support to attract big Bollywood investment in South India to the state. During the conversation, Salman Khan was happy to see the rapid development of Telangana, especially in infrastructure and technology. He assured the Chief Minister that he will extend his full cooperation in promoting the excellent image of the state on national and international platforms.
It is now being said that this positive conversation inspired Salman Khan to further strengthen his association with the state. Further talks have started to set up a large scale studio complex in Bharat Future City. As you know that Salman Khan is not only an actor but is also active in business. He has a production house, runs an NGO named ‘Being Human’, has his own clothing brand and also promotes fitness through a gym chain named ‘SK27 Gym’.
