Now years later, Sameer Anjan, the lirisist of the song Tere Naam, has revealed that after separating from Aishwarya, Salman used to cry a lot on hearing the song of the film on the set of Tere Naam.
Salman Khan’s expressions look absolutely real in the title track of ‘Tere Naam’ and the song ‘Why Koi Ko Ko Ko Koi Vafa Ki Wafa Liagi’. The reason for this was nothing else, but Salman was a fresh breakup from Aishwarya at that time. In a recent interview to Shubhankar Mishra, Sameer Anjan revealed the condition of Salman Khan after a breakup with Aishwarya Rai.
‘Salman used to cry on the set’
Sameer Anjan said about the song ‘Tere Naam’- ‘The title track was not written keeping in mind. What he was written was that his real story which was broken by Aishwarya Rai. He called Himesh Reshammiya, the song (Tere Naam), Salman used to sing and cry before giving the shot. They used to say you come and hear this song. Especially why no one gets a loyal in exchange for loyalty, they felt that this song should reach there, this is my pain. Salman used to cry on the set, after listening to this song, then he used to go to give shots. Dude, his wound was fresh at that time.
Salman-Aishwarya’s affair lasted for three years
Let us know that in the year 1999, Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai met Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’. Meanwhile, both came close and started dating. But three years later, both of them broke up in 2002. After the breakup with Salman, Aishwarya married Abhishek Bachchan in 2007 and welcomed her daughter Aaradhya. At the same time, Salman Khan has not settled his house till date.
