The court said that the next hearing of this case will be on January 20. As per the order of the court, further action will be taken only after receiving the verification report of signatures. This matter is related to misleading advertising and consumer interests, in view of which the court has taken serious cognizance of it.

Now the next hearing of the case will be on 20 January 2026. After this case, Salman Khan’s troubles seem to be increasing. Now he has been directed to appear personally in the court along with lawyer RC Choubey. Who had ‘notarized’ the ‘power of attorney’ and the reply.

Let us tell you that advocate Ripudaman Singh said that an objection was lodged in the case on behalf of the complainant BJP leader Inder Mohan Singh Honey. In which the signatures on the Vakalatnama and other documents presented by actor Salman Khan are not his actual signatures but are doubtful. An objection was lodged by the complainant in this regard. Today, while hearing the case, the Consumer Court ordered that the signatures of actor Salman Khan be forensically examined. At the same time, the court also made it clear that Salman Khan himself will have to appear before the court and give samples of his signatures so that they can be compared with the documents presented.
