In this video he has told that you can eat healthy cookies without any guilt. The actress has given the method of making it in the caption. He wrote, “Whenever you feel like eating sweets or want to eat something healthy, these cookies will fulfill your cravings and also take care of your health.”

What is the method of making it?
Explaining the method, he wrote, “To make this, mix 100 grams of mashed banana, 45 grams of oats, some chopped dates and chocolate chips together. If you want, you can also add 30 grams of protein powder so that the cookies become more healthy and full of protein. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Line a baking tray with butter paper and divide the mixture into 6-8 small round portions. Lightly flatten with your hands. Press it into shape and bake it in the oven at 180°C until the cookies are golden and cooked well.

These cookies are beneficial for health. Their consumption provides fiber, vitamins (B6, C), and minerals (potassium, magnesium), which are beneficial for digestion, heart health, and energy.
