Former actress Sana Khan had retired from showbiz in the year 2020. After this, Sana married Mufti Anas Syed in a private ceremony. In such a situation, such claims were made on social media that Anas Syed ‘brainwashed’ Sana due to which Sana chose the religious path. Now Sana herself has reacted to all these claims and has talked about leaving showbiz.
During a conversation with Rashmi Desai, Sana Khan said about the claims of ‘brainwashing’ – ‘No one can brainwash you, this never happens. I wanted peace. A person may get money, fame, name and respect, but ultimately he remains in search of inner peace. It is said that when your environment is not good, your decisions also become wrong. Over time I learned some things, and that’s why I value my relationship with him so much.
‘It was a difficult decision for me’
Sana Khan further says- ‘I always tell my husband that I could not have found anyone better than him. This was really a difficult decision for me, but I accepted it. Sana further said- ‘Except for the mehendi, the expenses of which I bore myself, all the expenses of the Nikah, the family’s accommodation and the reception were borne by my husband. Sana Khan revealed that her relatives did not know about her marriage and her husband Anas. She says- ‘When my cousins saw him in the mosque, they called my cousin and said that this is Maulana Anas.’
‘He is the one who guided me in this direction’
Sana Khan further says about leaving showbiz – ‘The circumstances were such that big changes were coming in my life. I was really turning into a different person. And it was not because of my husband. This was my own choice. He was the one who guided me in this direction.
