Dharmendra Deol was not only a superstar but also a noble and lively person. After the actor’s departure, his fans and all the stars of the industry are remembering the moments spent with him. Meanwhile, actor Sanjay Khan shared a post on Instagram remembering him.
Sanjay Khan remembered Dharmendra
Remembering Dharmendra, Sanjay Khan posted a picture with him on Instagram, in which he is sitting with Dharmendra, Salman Khan and his wife Zarine at a function. Along with this picture, Sanjay Khan wrote a very emotional message, “The world came to know Dharam ji only after he became a star, but I have known him since the time when, as a young boy, he used to turn the harsh cold of Ladakh into laughter with his mischiefs.
Recalling an old incident, he wrote, “It was the year 1966, when we were shooting for Chetan Anand’s film ‘Haqeeqat’ in Leh. One night we were all together and the officers were going towards the mess and suddenly a sentry pointed a gun and shouted loudly. We all got scared, but then the moment ended with laughter. That small, dangerous but fun night laid the foundation of our lifelong friendship. My Dear Dharam, those who knew you closely will never forget you, rest in peace my friend.
Said goodbye to the world at 89 years
Let us tell you that actor Dharmendra was suffering from age related illness for a long time, for which he was admitted to Candy Breach Hospital in Mumbai. Later the doctor declared his condition stable, after which the actor was being treated from home. The actor said goodbye to the world on 24 November.
