Veteran actor Sanjay Mishra recently bought an apartment and now he is a neighbor of singer Zubin Nautiyal. Both Bollywood veterans now have apartments in the same building in Mud Island, Mumbai. Jubin Nautiyal bought a four bedroom apartment for ₹ 4.94 crore in the same building in December 2024.
Sanjay Mishra’s new apartment
According to property registration documents, Sanjay Mishra bought an apartment for Rs 4.75 crore in Mad Island. This apartment has a 1,701 square feet Rera carpet area and 201 square ft additional deck area. With this, its total Rera carpet area exceeds 1,900 square feet.
Documents show that Mishra paid a stamp duty of ₹ 28.50 lakh and a registration amount of ₹ 30,000. This transaction was registered on 11 July 2025. Sanjay Mishra’s apartment is on the 15th floor of the Raheja Exotica Cyprus Building in Mud Island and the apartment of Jubin Nautiyal is on the 34th floor of the same building.
Please tell that stars like Archana Puran Singh and Pankaj Tripathi also live in Mud Island. According to the report, the price of property in Mud Island has doubled in the last few years, which has reached around Rs 30,000 per square feet. Brokers have explained the reason for the price bounce due to the rise in prices to the proposed road bridge connecting Mud Island in Andheri and the upcoming Bandra-Versova Sea Link.
