SBI Clerk Exam Date 2025: There has been great news for the youth who dream of government jobs. State Bank of India (SBI) has released the schedule of recruitment examination for the posts of Junior Associate. According to the program released by the bank, the preliminary examination will be held on 20, 21 and 27 September 2025 at different centers across the country. Through this recruitment campaign, appointments are to be made for a total of 6589 posts.

In this recruitment, candidates will have to go through three stages. The first will be the preliminary examination, in which questions related to English language, numerical ability and logic will be asked. The exam will be of one hour and it will have 100 questions, for which a total of 100 marks have been determined. After this, the main examination will be done and in the end the selected candidates will have to take the local language examination. Only after succeeding in these three stages, the candidate will get a job.

When will you get the admit card?

According to media reports, the admit card of the preliminary examination will be released about four to five days before the date of the examination. That is, there is a possibility that after September 15, candidates will be able to download their admit card anytime. The admit card will be available only on the official website of SBI and to download it, candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth. Keep in mind that no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center without the admit card.

When was the notification released?

The notification of this recruitment was issued on 5 August 2025. The application process started from 6 August and continued till 26 August. A large number of candidates have applied for this recruitment.

Qualification and age limit

The minimum educational qualification for this recruitment was fixed at a bachelor’s degree. The age of the candidate should not have been less than 20 years and more than 28 years. However, OBC candidates were given a discount of 3 years, 5 years to SC and ST class and disabled candidates up to 10 years of age.

Application fee will have to be paid so much

General, OBC and EWS candidates had to pay an application fee of Rs 750, while SC, ST and Divyang class were given a complete discount from the fee.

Exam pattern

Preliminary examination will be conducted online. In this, different time will be prescribed for each section. Time management will be very important in the examination. After the preliminary examination, the result will be declared and then the date of the main examination will be released.
