The difficulties for Indian fast bowler Yash Dayal seem to be increasing. Now a new FIR has been lodged against him in Jaipur, in which he has been accused of sexual harassment with a minor. Just a few weeks ago, a woman had filed a rape case against him in Ghaziabad. This woman had made serious allegations of sexual abuse on Yash Dayal. A complaint has been lodged against the star bowler of RCB at the Sanganer Safar Police Station.
A case has been registered under section 64 of the Indian Code, which has a provision of at least 10 years in jail if found guilty. Along with this, the Posko Act can also be imposed on them. According to a report published in the Times of India, Yash Dayal first exploited a 17 -year -old girl in 2023. Then in April this year, during IPL 2025, the star bowler of RCB did this in Jaipur.
SHO Anil Kumar Jayaman of the region said, “It is alleged that 2 years ago, when the complainant was a minor, Yash had exploited several times by pretending to make a career with him. This year the Indian cricketer contacted the girl again during IPL 2025 in Jaipur. Yash called her and raped her.” At the same time, a senior police officer said that on the request of this girl, a complaint was immediately lodged. The investigation of the case is going on and the statement of the complainant has also been recorded.
Talking about the Ghaziabad case, in the hearing held on July 15, the Allahabad High Court had stayed the arrest of Yash Dayal till the next hearing. In that case, an FIR was lodged at Indirapuram police station on 6 July.
