Sensex rose 1900 points in 3 days, Nifty also strengthened; Bright faces of investors before Diwali

Stock Market News: The biggest gift of Diwali has been given by the Indian stock market to its investors. Both Sensex and Nifty are performing amazingly. Nifty has also reached 52-week high level. At the same time, Sensex has also seen a rise of 1,900 points in just three sessions. There is only happiness in the stock market. There is confidence among investors also. The market is moving towards the overbought zone and the trading calendar is getting shorter. In such a situation, the question now arises whether this boom in the market will continue in the future or will it remain bright only till Diwali?

October is the strongest month

The month of October saw the highest rise in the stock market. With this, the Sensex has jumped by about 4.6 percent so far this year. This rise was especially due to good performance of banking stocks, new investment by foreign investors and positive global signals amid expectations of interest rate cut by the US Federal Reserve. Due to this, investor confidence in the stock market is increasing.

Sensex and Nifty both strong

This week, Nifty 50 and Sensex registered a gain of 1.7 percent and 1.8 percent respectively and closed at the level of 25,710 and 83,952. There is also a buzz in the primary market, where shares of LG Electronics India were listed at Rs 1,710.1 per share at a premium of 50 percent over the IPO price. Institutional investments remain the backbone of this boom. Last week, domestic institutional investors bought shares worth Rs 16,247 crore, while foreign institutional investors invested Rs 556 crore. Apart from this, recovery has also been seen in realty, healthcare and banking sectors.
Apart from this, both India and America have agreed to complete the first phase of the trade deal by the first week of November. Due to this, investors’ confidence in the stock market remains intact.
