What is the diet secret of Shahrukh Khan
About 8 years ago, Shah Rukh Khan spoke to RJ Dewangana about his food choice. During this time, the actor also revealed that they do not flock any kind of diet plan, the superstar said, “I eat a very basic food naturally. I do two main meals every day, lunch and dinner, apart from these, I do not eat snacks or anything else. And sometimes I take a small part of the lentils. I have been eating similar food every day for many years.
He also said, “If I am on a flight, or going to eat someone’s house, I eat the same what they serve with love – whether it is biryani, bread, parathas, food cooked in ghee or a glass of lassi. When it comes to sharing food with others, I do not keep myself a restruct.”
Shahrukh Khan sleeps at 5 am
However, nothing has changed for Shahrukh. In a conversation with The Guardian last year, Shah Rukh Khan also revealed about his daily routine. He had said, “I usually go to bed around 5 am. When Mark Wahlberg wakes up to start his day, I handle my work. In the shooting days, I get up at 9 or 10 am. After coming home late at night – sometimes at around 2 pm – I take a bath and do the workout before sleeping.”
