After the death of 337 soldiers, destruction of 184 military posts and 7 major military bases at the hands of Afghan army in 13 days of Pakistan-Afghanistan war, on Tuesday (March 10, 2026), Pakistan sent terrorist Masood Azhar’s guru, founder of terrorist organization Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and global terrorist Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman to Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, for back channel talks with the Afghan Taliban. A delegation of 3-member Maulanas has been sent under the leadership of Khalil.
Apart from global terrorist Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman Khalil, who is also a member of Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Shura, Jaish’s terrorist commander and PoK MLA Abdullah Saeed Shah alias Pir Mazhar Saeed Shah is also involved in the back channel talks for peace with the Afghan Taliban. The third member of the delegation also includes Maulana Sajjad Usman, the founding member of the terrorist organization Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and the financial head of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Pakistan delegation gave proposal to Taliban government
This group of terrorist commanders of Jaish-e-Mohammed was sent by Pakistan to Afghanistan for back channel talks with Taliban. According to the information, this three-member delegation also held talks with the officials of the Taliban government of Afghanistan in Kabul on Tuesday (March 10, 2026) at 4 pm and proposed peace on behalf of Pakistan.
Taliban government sets condition for ceasefire
In the 13-day-long war, Pakistan has officially talked to Qatar, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Turkey several times and sought help in mediating a ceasefire with Afghanistan, but in talks with the ministers of these countries, the Taliban government of Afghanistan has clearly said that there will be no ceasefire and peace with Pakistan until Pakistan promises in writing not to attack Afghanistan again.
PAK has already taken Jaish’s help for peace talks
According to sources, the decision to send Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist commanders for peace talks with Afghanistan could be the decision of Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI, because even before this, Pakistan has also taken the help of Jaish chief Masood Azhar for peace with the Afghan Taliban.
These three commanders of Jaish have participated in the Afghan Jihad against the Soviet Union before the formation of Harkat-ul-Mujahideen and later Jaish-e-Mohammed, in such a situation, the ISI and the Pakistan government are using the relations built by these terrorists with the Afghan Taliban during the Afghan Jihad for ceasefire with Afghanistan.
