Their most popular therapy is Deep Tissue, which costs Rs 6500 for a 60-minute session. Apart from this, the price of Abhyanga therapy is Rs 5500 for 90 minutes. The cost of Udvartanam therapy is Rs 8000 for 60 minutes.
Apart from this, there is a healing therapy here, which costs Rs 10 thousand for 15 minutes. Its name is Bioenergetic Scan. Apart from this, there is a Singing Bowl therapy, its cost is Rs 10 thousand.
Wellness centers also provide package program, its price is Rs 1.75 lakh for 7 days.
Apart from this, Meera said about her fitness, ‘I like to work out 3-4 times a week. I love pilates and functional training. Initially I used to feel low in energy around 3 pm.
