In the Magh Mela of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand has made a big claim by taking the names of Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Along with this, he has also targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand said on Wednesday, January 21 that if insults continue like this, beatings and humiliation of saints will be done then it is not a good situation. Therefore, it is necessary to fight against it, so that in future no government or administration makes such a mistake.
He said that when someone deliberately spreads confusion among the public, then in such circumstances protest has to be made. He clarified that he is neither on hunger strike nor on strike, but will not enter the camp until he is allowed to take a respectful bath. He said that he cannot and will not boycott Ganga-Jamuna, but will return to the camp only when the insult is converted into respect. It is not a question of anyone believing or not, nor is anyone going to decide who will make him Shankaracharya.
Why did Shankaracharya take the names of Akhilesh and CM?
He bluntly said that he will return only if he takes bath with respect. Shankaracharya raised the question that if Akhilesh Yadav can call then why Yogi Adityanath does not call and why BJP leaders are not suffering even though they call themselves great well-wishers of Hindus.
He said that he gives reasons behind whatever he says, but when politicians talk about religion, it is acceptable and when Shankaracharya speaks, it is considered wrong. He also said that those who will not apologize will have to suffer the consequences of their deeds, because they will not do anything on their own, but will have to suffer the consequences of their deeds automatically.
We were ready to cooperate- Shankaracharya
Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda said that this is his permanent address and his camp is organized here every year, Triveni Marg is reserved for him. He alleged that the people concerned were believing in insulting and they also have the recording of it. He said that if they wanted to make it an issue then what was their role in it. shm
Karacharya clarified that he was ready to cooperate from the beginning, but he was repeatedly insulted. He also said that the entire plan must have been made in advance, because from the way the events progressed, it is clear that all this did not happen suddenly, but was done as per a well-thought-out strategy.
