According to astrology, the auspicious time to keep kheer will start from 10:37 pm and will remain till 12:09 pm. In this time, the effect of Bhadra will not be there and you can keep kheer in the light of the moon.
Talk about Panchak, the effect of Panchak lasts for five days, which will be from October 3 to October 8, 2025. You can worship in these five days. There is no prohibition in this. But avoid doing any auspicious work during the period of Panchak.
