Model sheetal murder: A sensational incident came to light in Kharkhauda area of Sonepat district of Haryana, when the body of a young woman was found flowing in the Reliance Canal passing through village Khanda. When the police took out the body, deep weapons were found on his neck.
Investigation revealed that the deceased has been identified as Sheetal, a resident of Khalila Majra in Panipat district, who was working as a model in the Haryanvi music industry. Seeing the seriousness of the case, Sonipat and Panipat police have started investigating.
A missing report was recorded a day earlier
According to the information, Sheetal was recently living with her sister Neha in the Satkatan Colony of Panipat. On Sunday (June 15), his sister lodged a report of his disappearance at the Old Industrial Area police station. When the body was found on Monday (June 16), the police approached the family and the body was identified.
Initial investigation has revealed that he has been strangled to death. The police have taken the body in possession and sent it to the civil hospital for post -mortem and started investigating with several aspects to find out the reason for the murder.

Confirming the case, ACP Ajit Singh said that the canal from which the body was found comes in the Kharkhauda police station area. The woman has been identified as Sheetal, a resident of Panipat, whose complaint of missing was already registered.
He said that the body has been sent to the civil hospital for post -mortem and the reasons for the murder are being investigated. Initially, the case may also be related to love affairs or rivalry related to profession, but the police has not yet reached any conclusion.
At present, the Sonepat police is coordinating with the Panipat police, taking the matter seriously. The police is interrogating the family members and is trying to find out through the call detail record (CDR) and location history, who was the last contact with Sheetal.
The police can also interrogate people associated with the industry due to being active in the Haryanvi music industry. This matter is once again raising questions about the safety of women in the state.
