Shivangi Verma Controversy: Actress Shivangi Verma has spoken on the ongoing controversial news with Senior actor Govind Namdev. Govind Namdev recently claimed that Shivangi posted a picture on social media without permission, which spread rumors of sleeping relationship between the two.
Shivangi spoke to the news agency on contrastial topic
Shivangi said during a conversation with news agency IANS that this photo was not part of the promotion of his upcoming film ‘Gaurishankar Goharganj Wale’. Posted it without mentioning a film or character.
Shivangi dismissed these elements and said that he is shocked and disappointed with Govind’s statement. He said, “It was a simple post, which was posted with the consent of Govind ji. He himself accepted the collaboration request and later removed the post. I am an actress and I also need a response. Just because he is senior, he can’t make him unnecessarily accuse me. What will I benefit from such rumors?”
Shivangi is working in a project with big actor
Shivangi also cleared that she is focusing on her career and working with a famous actor in a big project. He said, “I am working on a new project. I had clarified twice in December 2024 and May 2025 that rumors are baseless. Now I want to say once again that there is no basis for them. Social media has now become like ‘Bigg Boss’. I am working on two important projects and focusing on my career.”

This controversy began when Shivangi posted a picture from the set of ‘Gaurishankar Goharganj Wale’ on Instagram, in which the caption wrote, “Love is neither age nor limits.” This made people in misunderstanding that there is a relationship between the two.
Shivangi dismissed these rumors and said that it was only part of the film and Govind is like a father for him.
