Alexander’s tickets in metro cities are being sold for more than ₹ 2000, even in some single screen theaters, the price of reclineer seats is up to ₹ 700.
‘Alexander’ tickets are also being sold very expensive in single screen
Advance booking for Salman Khan’s film started on Thursday. Booking website Bookmyshow started advance booking for almost all theaters of the country by Thursday evening. According to the report of Hindustan Times, the price of tickets for Riclineer seats in the evening show in Plaza Cinema in Dadar, Mumbai is up to ₹ 700. This is also very high for a single screen theater in Mumbai. While some people are demanding high tickets, some people of the industry say that this will remove the audience. Single screen theaters are usually for mass audiences, who prefer low ticket prices. However, most single-screen tickets are between ₹ 90-200 in other parts including Delhi’s delight.
Alexander’s tickets sold for more than Rs 2000 in multiplexes
According to the report, multiplexes have already used blockbuster pricing for their premium tickets. Mumbai’s multiplexes are selling ‘Director Cut’ or ‘Lux’ tickets for ₹ 2200. In Delhi, these prices are between ₹ 1600 and 1900. Despite such high prices, surprisingly, many screens have already been sold in Delhi-NCR. Even the prices of normal multiplex seats in many theaters of big cities are up to ₹ 850-900.
Apart from Salman Khan in Sikander directed by AR Murugados, Rashmika Mandana, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi and Satyaraj have played important roles. The film is releasing worldwide on March 30.
