2 women arrested for throwing eggs
The police have arrested two women on charges of throwing eggs on Alima Khanam. According to the police, these women were supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and an egg was thrown at them for not answering a question asked by journalists.
What is the whole matter?
Journalists asked Alima Khanam questions about journalist Tayyab Baloch, who were trolled after accusing him on social media. He asked Alima questions about buying property from donations money. Baloch also claimed that the PTI team had campaigned against him and also received threats.

Journalists asked Alima, “You did not answer the question, but Tayyab Baloch was threatened. Is it a crime to ask questions? Do you just answer the questions of your choice?”
Serious allegations against Imran Khan about Toshkhana case
Imran Khan is accused of illegally buying and selling gifts kept in a government department named Toshkhana. In Toshkhana, gifts are given to Prime Ministers, Presidents, Ministers, MPs and other government officials. It is only about this that he was sentenced to 3 years in jail in August 2023 to sell gifts worth more than 14 crore Pakistani rupees ($ 5 lakh).
The hearing of the Toshkhana case against Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi was postponed on Friday and now the next hearing will be held on 8 September.
