1. Pack of curd and gram flour: Yogurt contains lactic acid which removes dead skin and cleanses gram flour skin. This remedy helps greatly to enhance the skin tone. To make it, take 2 teaspoons gram flour, add 1-2 teaspoons of fresh curd and prepare a thick paste. Apply this paste on your knees and let it dry for 20 minutes, then wash it with light hands. Do this remedy 2-3 times a week.

2. Baking soda and milk: If the chronic mail and dead skin layer on the knees is to be removed, the use of baking soda and milk can be very beneficial. To use it, add some milk to 1 teaspoon baking soda. Apply this mixture on the knees and scrub it with light hands, then wash it with water after 10 minutes. Do not do it more than twice a week, because using more, the skin can become dry.

3. Lemon and Honey: Lemon has natural bleaching properties and it helps to lighten the skin tone. At the same time, honey gives moisture to the skin as well as makes it soft. To use it, take out a fresh lemon juice. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to it. Apply this mixture on your knees. Massage for 2-3 minutes with light hands, then leave it like this for 15-20 minutes and then wash it with warm water. Do this 3 times a week and the difference will be seen in a few weeks.

4. Turmeric and milk paste: Turmeric has antiseptic and skin lightening properties, while milk cleanses the skin and also moisturizes. To make this paste, take 1 pinch of turmeric, add 1-2 teaspoons of raw milk and make a paste. Apply it on the knees and leave it for 15 minutes, then wash it with plain water. By doing this remedy daily, the result will start to appear gradually.

5. Coconut oil and lemon – Coconut oil deeply nourishes the skin and lightens the lemon tone, both are excellent to remove the blackness of the knees. To use it, squeeze half a lemon in 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Massage on the knees for 5 minutes with this mixture and then wash it after 15 minutes. Do this daily and in a few days the effect will start to appear.
