The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has recently launched the Bronco Test to check the fitness of the players. This new way of investigation has been brought especially for those fast bowlers who have been struggling with fitness related problems. Its purpose is to improve the fitness of players and improve stamina. Meanwhile, former India cricketer Manoj Tiwari believes that this Test method has been brought so that Rohit Sharma himself declares ODI retirement.
According to Cric Tracker, Manoj Tiwari said that not everyone counts Rohit Sharma among the most fit cricketers, but his performance has been such that no one can sit on the bench.
Someone wants Rohit Sharma to retire …
Manoj Tiwari said during a conversation with a crick tracker, “I think it will be difficult to get Virat Kohli out of the 2027 ODI World Cup plan, but I suspect that Rohit Sharma will be kept in the World Cup plan. I keep a close watch on the things happening in Indian cricket, and I believe that a few days ago, the Bronco Test which has been brought a few days ago, I do not have a purpose in my eyes. Who does not want Rohit to be a part of the team later, that is why Bronco Test has been brought. “
Former cricketer Manoj Tiwari also emphasized that he does not know who has brought the Bronco Test? From his perspective, it will be very difficult for Rohit Sharma to pass this fitness test.
What is Bronco Test?
Recently, the ‘term’ of Bronco Test has been repeatedly used, now is this bronze test? Bronco checks the fitness of the players on the basis of test running. It is also helpful in controlling the stamina, mental strength and heart rate of the players. It has a shuttle run of 20 meters, 40 meters and 60 meters, between which the players will not get any break, as in the Yo-Yo test. By doing this, the players in many sets will have to fix a total of 1200 meters in 6 minutes.
