Why is North Korea objection to Golden Dome in America?

Russian President Vladimir Putin spokesman Dimitri Peskov said that if he is in danger of a missile attack, then he must make a defense system. Dimitri Peskov made this statement two days after the announcement of Donald Trump’s Golden Dome Plan.
What is Golden Dome?
The Golden Dome is named from the Israeli Air Defense System Iron Dome, designed to destroy short-range missiles and other attacks. It can destroy thousands of missiles simultaneously. Iron Dome has been working since 2011.
