IPL 2025: Lucknow Super Giants bowler Shardul Thakur gave a lot of relief to his team by dismissing two explosive batsmen from Sunrisers Hyderabad for 2 consecutive balls. He dismissed Abhishek Sharma on the first ball of the third over. Ishaan Kishan, who came at number three, was caught by Shardul behind the wicket on the next ball.
Shardul Thakur put the first over against Sunrisers Hyderabad, in this over, he conceded just 6 runs. In this over, he hit 5 balls to Travis Head, in which only one boundary came. After putting the first over, he took 2 wickets in the third over.

2.1 over- Abhishek Sharma’s wicket: Shardul bowled a small length. Abhishek put a bridge shot towards the square boundary. Abhishek defeated at the speed and the ball did not get much distance. Nicholas Puran made no mistake in catching the catch.
2.2 overs- Ishaan Kishan’s wicket: Shardul put the ball down the leg, a light swing was also done. Ishaan wanted to flick but the ball went into the hands of Rishabh Pant, the batter of the bat. Pant did not appeal but the umpire accepted the bowler’s appeal and Ishaan also walked directly towards the pavilion.
