In this program, tribute was paid to the victims of 26/11 terrorist attack and Pahalgam attack in Kashmir.
Celebs danced to Shankar Mahadevan’s ‘Hindustani’ song
During this time, singer Shankar Mahadevan also performed on the stage. He immersed everyone in patriotism by singing Hindustani music. A video of his performance is also going viral on social media, in which it is clearly visible that Ranveer Singh takes Nita Ambani to the stage in a very polite manner. After this, Shahrukh Khan and people are also seen going on stage to participate in the performance.
Shahrukh Khan gave speech
Meanwhile, Shahrukh Khan gave an emotional speech on the recent Delhi bomb blast. In his speech, King Khan said, “26/11 terrorist attacks, Pahalgam terrorist attacks and recent Delhi blast My humble tribute to those innocent people who lost their lives. And my respect and salute to our brave security personnel who were martyred in these attacks.”
He further said, “Today I have been asked to read these four beautiful lines for the brave soldiers and soldiers of the country… When someone asks you what you do, say proudly, I protect the country. If someone asks how much you earn, say with a slight smile, I earn the blessings of 140 crore people. And if they ask again, do you never feel scared? Then look into their eyes and say, those who attack us feel scared.”

The superstar appealed to everyone to forget caste, religion and discrimination and follow the path of peace and unity. At the end of his speech, Shah Rukh Khan saluted the dedication of the security personnel and the strength of the Indian people, and said, ‘The sacrifices made by the soldiers should inspire our efforts for everlasting harmony.’
