Pankaj Tripathi has recently revealed that after feeling tired in acting, he decided to take a break for some time. Recently during an interview, the actor said that he wants to work in such films and series which excite him for real and not just for money like paying EMI.
In an interview given to Variety India, Pankaj said that he was bored with the projects he was working on. The actor told that he was continuously working on many projects. Started feeling bored and tired. He was not enjoying his work. It was very necessary to take a break. Now he chooses work more thoughtfully.
Can’t work for EMI and subsistence
Pankaj Tripathi told that now he leaves the house only when he likes some work. He does not want to do every project. He said that he is at such a stage in his life where he acts only for thrill and creativity. He can’t do it to pay EMI and survive.
He wants to continue it and see if it will prove beneficial in the long run. In an interview given to NDTV, the actor said why he took a break from his fast-paced career. Last year, only one of his films, Mentro..In Din and a series, Criminal Justice: A Family Matter, were released.
Pankaj Tripathi gets tired after doing 30 tasks
Pankaj said, ‘I was a supporter of living a slow life, but I adapted myself to a fast-paced life. Especially in the pre and post Covid era. I realized that an actor should use his acting skills very thoughtfully. Now the responsibility is not on me. I thought I should only connect with stories that excite me. Working continuously for 30 days causes fatigue. Now I am tired.
The actor said, ‘Xar eats more when he is hungry. The biggest advantage of overeating is that after 10-15 minutes you realize that the damage has been done. I was feeling that I was working too much, whereas there was no need to do so. The audience should also be waiting to know what my next acting project will be. So I slowed down my pace. I act to live, not to act. I have lived a fast-paced life, now I want to live a slow-paced life. After some time, I will analyze again which way is better.
