When will the issue open and information related to it
Sai Parenteral’s is going to try to raise a total of Rs 408.79 crore through its issue. This issue is being brought under the book building process. This includes a fresh issue of Rs 285 crore, in which about 73 lakh new shares will be issued. Along with this, offer for sale of Rs 123.79 crore will also be a part of this IPO.
About 50 percent shares in the company IPO are reserved for QIB, 35 percent for retail investors and 15 percent for NII category. This IPO will open for subscription on March 24. Investors can place their bets on it till March 27.
Talking about share allotment, it is expected to happen on March 30. After this, the company’s shares can be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 2 April.
What is the price band?
The company has fixed the price band for this issue between Rs 372-392 per share. 38 shares have been made a lodge size. That means retail investors will have to make a lump sum investment of at least Rs 14,896.
Company financial figures
If we look at the recent financial data, the company has registered an income of Rs 163.74 crore in the financial year 2025. While the profit stood at Rs 14.43 crore. Apart from this, by September 30, 2025, the EBITDA of the company has reached Rs 16.24 crore and the size of total assets has been recorded at Rs 376.24 crore.
During the same period the net worth of the company stood at Rs 209.37 crore. At the same time, the total borrowing has been recorded at Rs 76.07 crore, which reflects the current financial position of the company.
