The direct impact of geopolitical tension is also seen falling on the Indian stock market. The last trading day of the week has started with a huge decline. The Sensex broke 1100 points. While the Nifty 50 is also open by going below 24600.
As soon as the stock market opened, there has been a loss of more than 8 lakh crores of investors. His property has come down so much. After the market closure on Thursday, the market cap of companies listed on BSE was 450,52,928 crore, which increased to 442 lakh crores as soon as the market opened on Shukra. That is, there has been a loss of more than 8 lakh crores in just 2 minutes.
Which shares fell
A day after the Boeing aircraft accident at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad, Tata Motors’ stock slipped 2 percent. Apart from this, Bharti Airtel is 0.32%, ITC 0.46%, TCS-0.49%, Sun Pharma-0.55%and Axis Bank- 0.69%. Oil India has directly benefited the Iran-Israel tension. Oil India has strengthened nearly 3 percent due to the rise in crude oil prices. The rupee opened by 54 paise on Friday against the dollar. A day earlier, the rupee closed at 85.60 against the dollar, while today it is open at 86.14.
Global market declines
The Asian market is also seeing a decline due to geopolitical stress. Nikkei fell down 1.16 percent. While the topics index came down 1 percent, South Korea’s cospie 0.67 percent, Australia’s ASX 200 also came down 0.17 percent. Here, Australia’s S&P 200, Hong Kong’s Hong Seng also slipped 0.98 percent. China’s CSI 300 declined by 0.78 percent. Apart from this, the Nasdaq Composite Futures 374 Point i.e. 1.7 percent, S&P 500 futures declined by 1.6 percent.
