Then Govinda said- I had left the film so she got it.
Met Pahlaj Nihalani in the bathroom
Chunky further said, ‘I met Pahlaj Nihalani in the bathroom. My career started from there. Pahlaj had done the film Ilzaam with Govinda, which was a superhit. But when I met him in the bathroom I didn’t know him. There was no social media at that time. People didn’t know who looked like who. So both of us were in the bathroom. My pulse was not opening. I needed someone’s help to open it. He helped me. So I asked him what he does. So he said that he is a producer and his name is Pahlaj Nihalani. So I was shocked. So I introduced myself that my name is Chunky Pandey. So he said what a strange name it is. So I said yes, but I want to do films. So he again called me to his house the next day. Met me and then I got the role.
