& ldquo; Do not live to show others, who are your own, know who you are. & rdquo; This is a simple row Dubai’s pharma tycoon Vinod Jadhav’s thinking and real introduction to life. His journey from the son of a government school teacher to the owner of a pharma company with 700 million dirham turnover is not only inspiring, but it shows that the heights can be touched even by staying connected with the ground.

Struggle started from childhood

Vinod, studying in a government school in Pune, was very common childhood. Expensive schools or any posh area were not raised. The strongest legacy he got with upbringing was the habit of hard work and the thinking of honesty. After a diploma in mechanical engineering, he did a long job in many industries for about 13 years. Talking to Gulf News, he says, & ldquo; These were equal to 20 years, not 13 years. I used to work daily 12 & ndash; 15 hours. & Rdquo;

journey started from 5000

In 2001, Vinod, along with himself and a partner, launched a pharmacy franchise in India with a capital of just Rs 5,000. His wife used to handle the shop during the day and in the evening she. In 2003, he gave a small classified ad in 2,500, which brought the first export order from Fiji. It was from here that the foundation of the International Pharma Venture laid.

Flight to dreams from Dubai

Vinod came to Dubai in 2007 due to strict Indian rules related to export. Dubai gave him the infrastructure and speed that he needed. Gradually, the company also stepped into the fields of Veterinary and Herbal Medicine. Today his company Sava Vet is the largest brand in small animals drugs in India, which has 20 percent market share.

40,000 square feet palace in Dubai Hills

Today Vinod holds a luxurious house of 40,000 square feet in Dubai Hills Estate. This palace is a symbol of the beauty and peace of Indian and Arab architecture, not from noise. There is grandeur in this, but no pretense. It is a symbol of that thinking that success can also live quietly.

Money means, not just earning

Vinod believes that when your basic needs are met, then the real question is how many of you are able to change your life? He has set a target for himself that he will provide employment to 10,000 people. At the moment he has reached 1,000 jobs.

failure also came, but learning strength

In 2010, he started a marketing company, with 800 people. But the company flopped and there was a loss of crores. Then he learned that if you do not have anything unique, then business has no meaning. This learning made him successful in the next venture.
