Vimal Negi Death Case: The incidents that came out after the CBI inquiry in the case of Vimal Negi death in Himachal Pradesh has increased in Himachal. What did Chief Minister Sukhvindra Singh Sukhu say on CBI investigation?
Chief Minister Sukhvindra Singh Sukhu said that BJP is doing politics in the case. Vimal Negi’s family should get justice. The government welcomes the CBI investigation in the Vimal Negi case. For this, whatever the CBI will ask for from the state government, we are ready to give. CM said that Vimal Negi has committed suicide or for what reasons he died, complete information should be revealed. The government will not go to court against the case of handing over the investigation to the CBI.
The Chief Minister said that when the family and employees demonstrated the body of Vimal Negi on the road, Minister Jagat Negi told me that MD and Director should be worked. The government took action and I spoke to Vimal Negi’s wife over the phone and assured to investigate the case. But BJP is doing politics in this.
CM Sukhu said that we also constituted an inquiry committee under the chairmanship of Omkar Sharma. We filed an FIR, but the report was delayed. Minister Rajesh Dharmani was also sent to Kinnaur to meet Vimal Negi’s family, but could not meet due to the family being outside the village.
The CM admitted that a mutual tussle of police officers has come to light while giving the report in the High Court. Before filing an affidavit in the DGP court, I met me and asked to change the SIT. I denied and said that a better case should be handed over to the CBI. The police submitted a separate report in the court and the DGP gave a separate affidavit. The indiscipline of the officials will not tolerate the government.
Jairam Thakur targeted
The Chief Minister said that in the report of Additional Chief Secretary, many allegations were reported about the Pkhubela project, but those who accused them should not have known their favor. Therefore, the report was asked to take legal opinion. Due to which the report was delayed. But BJP was busy in getting the media trial done by doing politics. Jairam Thakur should talk on reality, the public should not mislead. Repeated lying does not change the truth.
Reversing the allegations of Harsh Mahajan, Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh said that Harsh Mahajan, who became a Rajya Sabha MP with corruption votes, should not give him advice. During the previous Congress government, when Harsh Mahajan was the chairman of the cooperative bank as the cooperative bank, the BJP had declared his appointment as wrong. How did that Pakistan become clean by going to BJP?
