Sunny Deol on Thursday expressed his displeasure at the media regarding the wrong news related to veteran actor Dharmendra. Karan Johar supported Sunny Deol’s statement and said that this is not coverage but an insult.
Filmmaker Karan Johar wrote a post on Instagram and advised the media to work sensitively.
What did Karan Johar write in support of Sunny Deol?
He wrote, “When basic decency and sensitivity depart from our hearts and our actions, we know how spoiled we have become.”
In the post, he talked about leaving the Deol family alone and wrote, “Please leave the Deol family alone, they are already going through a lot emotionally. It is heartbreaking to see the paparazzi and media circus of a veteran artiste who has made such a huge contribution to the film industry, this is not coverage, but disrespect.”

Earlier on Thursday morning, Sunny Deol had expressed anger at the media standing outside the house for coverage. He first folded his hands in front of the media and then shouted, “You have family, parents and children at home, and you are making videos as if you are an idiot, don’t you feel ashamed.”
On November 11, wrong news related to the actor was spread on social media. Later, Hema Malini had denied through social media post and termed such news as irresponsible and insensitive.
On the other hand, Dharmendra’s condition is stable. He has also been discharged from Breach Candy Hospital. However, his treatment is continuing at home. Let us tell you that Dharmendra is currently 89 years old and is going to celebrate his 90th birthday on 8th of next month.
