In an interview given to Ent Live, film director Suparn S Varma said on the matter of positive and negative reviews that he does not have enough budget to spend on reviews. Suparn said that he has been a critic and his sister has also been a critic. His entire family is associated with journalism. He said that there is an honesty in every critic, if the film is good then he will say that it is good, if it is bad then sometimes he will straight forwardly call it bad or will tell it in a balanced way but at the end of the day you get to know only through the judgment aurdience. We did not expect such an emotional outcome from the audience. We had gone on a normal theater visit and when Yami saw all this, she also became very emotional and it took time for her to collect herself. And this is not just for a particular religion, there are almost similar conditions in every religion. Even then, ladies were surviving in the men’s world and are still surviving today. Suparn said that Yami and Emraan are very thankful to the audience for supporting the film so much.
