Supreme Court on Ranveer Allahabadia Request Passport Releass in 2 Weeks after Investigation India Got Latent Show Controversy Ann | ‘Milord issue my passport’, Ranveer Allahabadia pleaded and Supreme Court said

The Supreme Court has refused to issue the seized passport of Ranveer Allahabadia, accused of porn comedy in the show ‘India’s Got latent’. Ranveer had said that going abroad is important for his functioning, but the court said that the Maharashtra government has expressed the possibility of completion of the investigation in 2 weeks. Only after this, any demand of the petitioner will be considered.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, presented for the government of Maharashtra and Assam in the case, hoped to complete the investigation soon. The judges, while admitting this, said that Ranveer Allahabadia’s going abroad could be delayed in completion, so, his demand for passport will not be considered yet.

Ranveer Allahabadia had filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding transfer of cases filed against him and arrest. The court, while putting an interim ban on his arrest, asked him to cooperate in the investigation. Initially, the court refused him to do any show. Later, giving concession, he said that he should make such programs, which people of all ages can watch.

Yutuber Ashish Chanchalani, who was involved in the disputed show with Ranveer Allahabadia, has also demanded to connect the cases recorded in Assam and Maharashtra together. The court said that it would hear the petition of Chanchalani on April 21.
