Today, on September 21, the last solar eclipse of the year 2025 will be held. Especially astronomers are very interested in looking at the eclipse and are eager to see it. But today the eclipse on 21 September will not be seen in India.

The solar eclipse will take place at around 11 pm tonight and will end at 3:30 pm. The eclipse can be seen in the southern part of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Antarctica, Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean, but not in India. Let us know what is the reason for this.

When the Sun, Moon and Earth come in a straight line, the Moon puts its shadow on the earth. But this shadow does not always fall on the whole earth, but only in certain areas.

According to science, solar eclipse is not visible in the part where the moon does not have a complete or partial shade. There is a certain path of solar eclipse, which passes only over some countries or oceans. If this path does not pass through India, then the eclipse will not be seen here.

Many times due to the difference between time and day and night, the eclipse is also visible in one country but not in another country. Even today, when the eclipse will take place in India, then the sun is under the horizon, so it is not visible.

Apart from this, there is sometimes an eclipse, but not only a very light partial eclipse or at all from India. That is, solar eclipse in India will be seen only when the shadow (complete or partial) of the moon will fall on the land of India and there will be a day here.
