There is a pranamasana in it, in which the sun should be greeted with a calm mind with folded hands. While breathing in Hastanasana, the hands should be raised and the waist should be bent backwards. While exhaling in Hastapadasana, the ground should be touched by bending forward.

How to do Surya Namaskar?
