Took spiritual strength before Australia series
The Indian T20 team will soon leave for Australia tour, where the team has to play a three-match T20 series. This series will start at the end of October. Suryakumar Yadav is currently taking a few days’ rest with his family and during this time he went to Ujjain.
Under the captaincy of Surya, Team India recently won the Asia Cup 2025 title. During the tournament, India had created history by defeating Pakistan thrice. After this victory, Surya dedicated the credit of his team to the Indian Army and the tourists martyred in the Pahalgam attack.
Surya was also surrounded in controversies
During the Asia Cup, the incident of not shaking hands during the toss between Suryakumar Yadav and Pakistan team captain Salman Aga had made a lot of headlines. Apart from this, after the final, Team India had refused to take the trophy from the hands of Pakistan Cricket Board Chief and ACC President Mohsin Naqvi.
Now BCCI is preparing to raise its voice in the ICC meeting regarding this entire matter. According to sources, the board intends to remove Mohsin Naqvi from both ACC and ICC posts.
